  • Spaces are not allocated to particular members. The spaces fill up on a first come, first served basis.
  • If your bike does not fit on the racks, please contact us. You will then have 28 days to return your Access Card for a refund
  • Please be aware that at peak times, the Cycle Hub may be busy
  • To ensure there is enough space, we ask that members only store one bike in the Cycle Hub

  • Your access card and bike tag will be sent in the post


  • Membership costs £10 per year for the first year, and £5 per year thereafter
  • The annual membership will automatically renew every year until you wish to cancel it
  • Please remember to keep your payment details up to date
  • Our online payment system accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We cannot take offline payments.


  • One membership; one bike
  • If you want a second membership, you need to pay a second membership fee, please contact our Rentals Team rentals@cyclehoop.com or 02086991338
  • Use the Bike ID tag in your welcome pack to help us identify you as a paid-up member
  • Bikes without an ID tag may be removed without notice
  • Cycle Hub is for pedal bikes only. Do NOT store anything else
  • Membership will automatically renew annually and you will receive a reminder email with an option to opt out


  • Keep it safe and do not allow tailgaters to follow you
  • Keep it tidy and take any litter away with you
  • Report any issues to our Rentals Team rentals@cyclehoop.com or 02086991338
  • Lock both the frame and wheel of your bike to the racks
  • Use Sold Secure rated D-locks and/or robust chains


  • We reserve the right to remove your bike without notice. They may be removed for the following reasons:
    • No Bike Tag ID
    • Abandoned Bikes: bikes left in the Cycle hub for longer than 4 weeks
    • Non-payment of membership fees
    • Standard cycles parked in non-standard parking spaces
    • Bike causing an  obstruction
  • If your bike is removed for one of the reasons above, you will be liable for a £20 removal fee
  • Bikes are stored for a period of 30 days from the day after the removal date. Any bike not claimed in this time-frame may be disposed of

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please contact our Rentals Team to cancel: rentals@cyclehoop.com or 02086991338
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, even if your membership is cancelled early
  • Your access card will stop working immediately after cancellation, so please remove your bike from the facility in advance of cancelling your membership.

  • If your bike does not fit in our racks, please contact our Rentals Team. You will then have 28 days to return your Access Card for a full refund

Access Cards

  • If you lose your Access Card, please contact us immediately: rentals@cyclehoop.com or 02086991338
  • There is a £10 charge for a replacement Access Card
  • Our Rentals Team will immediately cancel the lost or stolen Access Cards and arrange for a new card to be sent to you
  • Replacement Access Cards will only be sent to the address on your account, so please make sure this is up to date


  • If you see any serious damage to the unit please report it immediately by calling 0208 699 1338 or emailing reportaproblem@cyclehoop.com
  • In the case of an emergency, please contact the police first

Bike Theft

  • As per our Bike Theft Policy, your bike is left at your own risk. Cyclehoop and Transport for London are not responsible for the loss, damage and theft of bicycles, locks or other items stored in the Cycle Hub


  • Cyclehoop do not provide insurance and we advise users to check with their insurance provider whether existing insurance covers bike theft/damage.
