Upon receipt of the signed Data Subject Consent Withdrawal Form, Cyclehoop Ltd will stop any processing activities that relied on this consent and securely delete your data if requested.

We maintain a comprehensive data management work programme, which includes processes for ensuring that data protection is a key consideration of all new and existing IT systems that hold customers personal data. Card Payment Security

We hold no customer credit card details in our databases. During the checkout process customer credit card details are hosted by payment gateway companies.  The payment gateways we use have stringent security policies and are PCI DSS compliant.
